Indonesian delights in a beautiful garden setting
NUSA means island in Indonesian. Our chef Wayan comes from Nusa Penida, a beautiful island off the coast of Bali. At our beautiful garden, you will find a meeting point of our islands.
Our concept: Guests can order a 5, 7 or 9 dishes rice table. There is a choice of 16 delicious, fresh dishes. We have a number of classics on the menu such as sateh and rendang.
But also our own creations and now and then we borrow something delicious from another Asian country. Of course, we also have tasty vegetarian dishes.
Wayan cooks everything fresh in her own kitchen, with an emphasis on healthy and nutritious food. The rich spice mixes give an enormous explosion of flavor in the food. We cook without MSG, fatsin or asinomoto (flavor enhancers).
